    Is a Limited Liability Company best for every business? No, of course not. Some other form of organization may be better suited in some cases. Does forming an LLC avoid Federal income taxes? Sorry, no it does not. What it does do is pass through the taxable net income to the individual member(s), much like a sole proprietorship or partnership.
